The imagery and pattern is freehandely carved into the wheel thrown porcelain bowl through an inlay process called Mishima. Fine lines are scratched and incised into the bone dry pot, painted with black slip and wiped away, revealing the "doodle". Hand painted accent colors and clear glaze. Food Safe. Microwave Safe. Dishwasher Safe.
